About Sante Diversite
Sante Diversite is a nonprofit organization based in Quebec, dedicated to integrating immigrant healthcare professionals and promoting diversity and inclusion in healthcare. Our mission is to create an inclusive and equitable healthcare environment where diversity is valued as a strength and care is adapted to individuals' cultural and identity needs.
In addition to our integration initiatives, we have developed a Santepreneuriat program to encourage and support immigrant healthcare entrepreneurs. This program aims to facilitate the development of innovative businesses that meet the needs of diverse communities while contributing to the local economy and creating jobs.
Through training programs, mentorship services, and awareness initiatives, Santé Diversité not only helps qualified immigrants integrate into the healthcare field but also raises awareness among employers and healthcare institutions about the importance of diversity and inclusion. Our commitment to equity and the recognition of foreign skills guides our actions toward creating a healthcare system that reflects the diversity of Quebec’s population.
